Sack tip stations are an easy way to empty sacks & bags whilst also containing the dust emissions produced during unloading.

Ingredient Batching Systems sack tip stations can be used in conjunction with gravity or vacuum systems for easy and fast entry of product into the downstream process. Integrated dust extraction filters or fan will stop any unwanted dust from escaping the tipping area. A vibration motor helps aid product flow out of the sack tip into the onward process.

How It Works

The operator places a sack onto the shelf of the sack tip hood and opens the bag with a safety knife. Next they must lift the bag to empty the contents into the sack tip hopper. The hopper will then feed the contents to your onward process machinery.
