This system handles multiple types of sugar such as icing, caster and corn flour.
The client was challenged with delivering the products to a packing line with the correct particle size at a minimum speed of 4 tonnes an hour.
Product that arrived from storage had often gone lumpy near the bottom of the big bag. To resolve this issue our discharger came equipped with bag base massagers and side massagers to break up the product, along with bag bed vibration to further aid the products flow out of the bag.
