How Weighing & Mixing Works

By using multiple load cells on our vessels and an error correction program that learns the more the system is used, extremely accurate weights can be achieved.

We also utilise volumetric loss in weight feeders that use screw feeders to dispense the desired amount of product while using load cells to monitor the decrease in weight.

Keeping the system high speed is accomplished by unique arrangements that ensure there is always product ready to be weighed and dosed, meaning the system is never waiting for product to arrive.

Multiple recipes can be entered in to the automated control system.
